A trio of adjoining two-storey shopping units with a spatially structured receding layout was created on Míru Square. Their asymmetrical roofing is based on the concept of three interlocking gable roofs. The individual shopping units with large-format shopfronts are functionally subdivided longitudinally on the ground floor into storage and sales areas. There is an elevator and a cleaning and utility room at the rear and a supply ramp on the exterior.
