The multi-purpose building of the VKUS clothing cooperative in the immediate vicinity of the International Hotel includes sales premises together with administrative and operational facilities. The architects Arnošt Krejza and Miloslav Kramoliš are behind the overall concept of the building. Olga Drápalová and František Sláma collaborated on this concept with the aforementioned architects, but their greatest contribution lies in the architectural concept of the building's interior. The building is currently in a rather neglected state and is used for commercial rentals. Nevertheless, the neon sign of VKUS on the façade reminds us of its original function.
