In 2019, the Prague 6 municipality announced a public tender for the reconstruction and completion of the senior centre in Šárecký údolí, in which the ASGK studio won with its design. The jury appreciated the urban design, the appropriate scale of the newly designed buildings and their layout, which makes use of the natural terrain and which, moreover, gives prominence to the status of the Šatovka estate, to which the planned building complex should be adjacent. The project provides for small apartments for self-sufficient seniors and possibly young families, community spaces and services for residents and the public.
