The authors, architects Daniela Fenclová and Petr Kovář, invited artists Kurt Gebauer and Ivan Kafka to collaborate on the interior design of the Naháč motor inn. The initial concept for the interior design was recreation and summer leisure, derived from local tradition and the name of the location – Naháč. These motifs allowed the architects to bring natural materials into the austere space – wooden slats associating a swimming pool or the cheerful colourfulness of the information system, in the form of tiles with coloured footprints, designed by Ivan Kafka. The restaurant space was to be completed with a sculpture of a naked man climbing a column to a height by Kurt Gebauer, but the final work was not allowed. The interior furnishings were designed on a cubic system – a modular system of squares, which was inspired by current postmodern tendencies, while at the same time giving the interior, according to the architect Fenclová's recollections, an ornamental character. Jiří Štěrba and František Řezáč were the architects of the motor inn.
