The house was built as an induced investment for a house with an antenna system near Kunratice Forest. When designing the building for the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Vítězslava Rothbauer wanted to show who lived in the house. She therefore designed a building resembling a fortress or a castle with corner towers hiding an inner courtyard that allows the house to operate uncontrolled. Originally "deer" in colour, the house is constructed from a 6 m × 6 m prefabricated skeleton by Konstruktiva. Its hard and solid mass corresponds to the specification, purpose and function of the house. The house housed a garage, workshops, technical facilities, civil defence stores and administrative offices. The house is located in Jižní Město II near the Chodov shopping centre and is now used by the Police of the Czech Republic.
