The school project of architect Daniela Fenclová in the studio of František Cubr at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague focused on the revitalization of Mírové náměstí in Mladá Boleslav. The architect proposed the location of the Millennium City Monument, an area of new paving with a built-in water surface. The design of a representative hotel, which included a ballroom and a congress hall, was also part of the redevelopment.
